On the 9th of April 2021 Medway Youth Council held our first in-person Full Council meeting of 2021! It was great to see everyone in person once again, and hopefully we'll be able to have many more in person meetings in the future at Woodland's Youth Center!
The evening began with going through our 'COVID: The Effect on Youth' campaign survey, which has had a lot of responses so far, but more is always great! Our Q&A livestream is only just around the corner! It will be held on the 30th of April, so mark it down on your calendars! We are in the process of getting some great representatives to sit on the panel and should be a great event which we'd like you all to come along to! An event-brite link will be coming out soon.
Our community lead updated us on the Youth Voice campaign, which is going brilliantly, and we also played a great Kahoot quiz made by one of our members for their LGBTQ+ campaign. Overall, it was a great meeting and hopefully we'll be having many more in the future.
