Complaints

We are committed to ensuring that our organisation has great engagement with the local community. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.

If you have a complaint, please contact us via letter to Medway Youth Council, Gun Wharf, Chatham, ME4 4TR.

What will happen next?

  1. We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
  2. We will then investigate your complaint. This will involve passing your complaint to our Chair and youth worker, who will review your matter and consider this for you.
  3. We will write to you within 14 days of receiving your complaint, confirming our final position on your complaint and explaining our reasons.
  4. If you are still not satisfied, please make us aware and we will escalate your complaint further.
